With over 15 years of experience in capital markets, project finance and corporate advisory, she brings commercial insight and international legal training to clients navigating complex regulatory and transactional landscapes in the UAE and beyond.

Her UAE practice encompasses advising on, drafting and negotiating contracts across consulting, mall management, logistics, retail, distribution, technology, real estate, perfumery and entertainment sectors. She has also worked with prominent financial institutions and boutique law firms handling capital market transactions such as private placements, IPOs and rights issues. Her expertise encompasses equity and debt transactions, project finance, corporate lending and the drafting and negotiation of financing and commercial documentation, as well as corporate restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, and cross-border advisory.

Sujata holds a Master's degree in International Financial Law from King's College London, a specialist programme focusing on major global financial market transactions and their regulation. She has also completed the DIFC Laws Certificate Programme 2025, enhancing her ability to advise on sophisticated financing structures, complex investment strategies and multi-jurisdictional transactions.
